The Harvard Health Publishing website states that ‘the word neurodiversity refers to the diversity of all people, but it is often used in the context of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as other neurological or developmental conditions such as ADHD or learning disabilities’.
Each of us exists within the neurodiversity spectrum. Individuals can either be neurotypical, who process information in a more standard way and are often considered ‘normal’, or neurodivergent, who think outside typical experiences and possess unique perspectives.

We provide one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, family consultations, and training for organisations on creating inclusive workspaces for individuals with unique needs.
Sessions are typically conducted online via video calls, ensuring flexibility and convenience. In-person sessions can also be arranged based on location and availability. We prioritise accessibility and strive to make accommodations whenever possible.
Alice has over 30 years of hands-on experience working with individuals with diverse needs and neurodivergent conditions, alongside their families. She is also a trained neurodiversity coach and is currently in the final stage of obtaining accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
The duration of each service varies based on individual needs. Generally, we recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure impactful changes and continuous support. Please note that our goal is to empower you, so we do not encourage long-term dependency on our services.
